It was supposed to recommend the appointment of 2,536 people as cadres through the 41st BCS. However, 16 posts could not be filled with suitable candidates. For this, 2,520 people have been recommended to be appointed.

888 people will be appointed in the education cadre. After education, more appointments will be made in the administration cadre. 323 people will be appointed to the administration. 100 people will be taken in police, 108 assistant surgeons in BCS health and 171 assistant dental surgeons.

It has been recommended to appoint 25 people in foreign affairs, 23 in Ansar, 23 in audit and accounts, 8 in cooperatives, 23 in customs and excise, 173 in family planning, 8 in food, 25 in foreign affairs, 38 in information, 2 in post, 8 in railways, 60 in tax and 4 in commerce.

The organization has recommended the appointment of 230 people in agriculture, 48 in fisheries, 2 in food, 36 in forests, 9 in information (assistant radio engineer), 76 in livestock, 36 in public health engineering, 51 in public works, 9 in railways, 23 in roads and townships, 12 in statistics.
