Like last year, it has been informed that students will be selected for admission through a lottery. According to the Ministry of Education, students will be admitted through a lottery instead of an admission test, keeping in mind the corona infection. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education held on November 3. Meanwhile, on November 18, the Department of Secondary and Higher Education issued a notification regarding public-private school admission policy, schedule and rules for online application.

Besides, the school admission notification has been amended and published on 16th November. In the notification, some instructions have been given about admission in the newly nationalized institution at the Upazila level.

In the notification of the Department of Education, the schedule of the admission application and the online admission lottery method have been discussed. Online school admission application is starting from 25th November. The admission process will continue until December 6, 2021 AD. To date (See detailed schedule in the paragraph below). It is to be noted that due to corona infection in 2021 AD, students were admitted in government schools through an online lottery. In previous years, only first-class students were admitted in the lottery. Admission from the 2nd to 8th class was done through a competitive examination. Besides, admission in ninth class was based on the results of the JSC and JDC examinations.

Public-Private School Admission Schedule for 2022 (Application, Lottery and Admission), Public-private school admission applications for 2022 AD will be accepted online. Teletalk will accept the application process and publish the results on a lottery basis.

The Department of Education, in a notification dated November 17, has accepted the admission application, given the results of the lottery and fixed the admission schedule.

Acceptance of online school admission applications will start from 11:00 am on 25th November.

Admission applications will be accepted on 6 December 2021 AD. Dates until 5:00 p.m.

Government school admission lottery on 15 December 2021 AD. Will be held on.

Teletalk authorities will manage the online admission process for all government schools across the country.
