North Shore Pulse is a web-based portal that allows Northwell Health employees to access their work-related information and applications online. To log in to North Shore Pulse, follow these steps:

Click on the “Employees” button in the top right corner of the page.
Select “Pulse” from the drop-down menu.
Enter your Northwell Health network ID (i.e., your employee ID) and password in the appropriate fields.
Click on the “Log in” button.
If you are a new employee and do not yet have a Northwell Health network ID or password, you will need to contact the Northwell Health IT Service Desk at 516-470-7272 or email them at itservicedesk@northwell.edu for assistance. They will provide you with instructions on how to create a network account and set up your login credentials.
