Initial confirmation of admission to XI by February 6. More than 14.57 lakh students who applied in the first phase for admission to class XI of various colleges and madrasas have been selected. 15 lakh 76 students had applied for admission in the first phase. Of these, 4,77,520 students have been selected for admission in the science stream, 7,11,701 students in the business education department, and 2,68,05 for humanities.
The preliminary confirmation of admission of selected students has started from Sunday. The students will be able to confirm the initial admission by depositing Rs 228 of the registration fee of the students through mobile banking operator BKash by 8 pm on February 6.
The education boards have said that the selected students will have to confirm the initial admission between January 30 and February 6 at 8 pm by depositing Rs 228 of the registration fee, excluding mobile banking charges. However, if there is a subsequent migration, the student will not have to confirm the admission afresh, i.e., do not have to pay the registration fee.
The start date of the class is March 2. It is known that 1,18,907 students applied for admission in the first phase but could not be selected for admission to the college. However, students who are not able to get admission even after applying are getting the opportunity to apply in the second and third stages. The second phase of applications will be received on February 7 and 8. On February 13, the third stage of application will be allowed.
Earlier on Saturday evening, the result of the first phase of admission to 11th admission was published. The results are appearing on the central admission website. The results have also been communicated to the students by SMS on mobile. Students can view the college admission result by giving roll number and registration number on the designated website (http://board6.xiclassadmission.gov.bd/board/viewResult22).
Education boards say the second phase of applications will be received on February 7 and 8. According to the order of choice, the result of the first migration and the result of the second phase of the application will be published on February 10. The selection of the selected students in the second phase will have to be confirmed from February 11-12. If the selection is not confirmed within this period, the application will be rejected.
On February 13, the result of the second migration will be published according to the choice order with the third phase of the application and the result of the third phase of the application will be published on February 15. The selection of the selected students in the third phase will have to be confirmed on February 16 and 17. If the selection is not confirmed within this period, the application will be rejected. Students will be admitted from February 19 to 24. Classes for class 11 in colleges will start from March 2.
