According to officials, this time it is being planned to test only information and communication technology, religion and Bangladesh, and the world identity except for the rest of the subjects. The tests will be conducted as per the revamped curriculum prepared by the NCTB. When asked about this, Sm Amirul Islam, controller of examinations of The Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, said that there have been various discussions on the examination. But there was no final decision.

The discussions were held at a recent meeting of officials of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, the Education Board, and the National Curriculum and Textbook Board with Education Minister Dipu Moni, several officials of the Dhaka Board said on Tuesday. It is learned that the meeting also discussed the conduct of SSC exams in May and HSC exams in July.

However, a high-level official of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board said the meeting took place when educational institutions were open. But now due to corona infection, classroom teaching in educational institutions is stopped. As a result, it is not sure whether the test can be taken at the time of discussion of that meeting.
