All-year classes at Khulna University begin on February 22. This was stated in a circular signed by the registrar of the university, Acting Professor Dr. Khan Golam Quddus on Thursday (February 17). According to the notification, according to the government’s decision, the class examination will start from February 22 in Khulna University by wearing masks in person. Besides, all the offices will remain open as usual from 9 am to 5 am as before.

In Khulna University (Khubi), in-person classes and examinations for all the terms of all the years of 2020-21 will start from February 22. Meanwhile, in-person classes will be started at Jagannath University (JU) from February 22. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Deans Committee. This was stated in a press release signed by the university’s registrar engineer Mo Ohiduzzaman on Thursday (February 17).

According to the notification, in view of the decision of the Deans’ Committee meeting held on February 17, in-person classes will start from February 22 at Jagannath University in accordance with government hygiene. Besides, the ongoing semester exams will also continue as usual. In a press briefing at the Ministry of Education after 11 pm today, the Education Minister said that in-person teaching from secondary to higher education institutions will start from Tuesday (February 22). Earlier, at a meeting of the National Technical Advisory Committee on Covid-19 held virtually around 10 pm on Wednesday (February 16), the Education Ministry was advised to open all educational institutions. At the press conference, the education minister said those who do not take the second dose will take online classes from home.
