A nation cannot move forward without the spread of science: PM. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has asked the concerned to take the initiative to promote science studies to the students in “easy Bengali”. “A nation cannot move forward without the spread of science. Advising not to be conservative in terms of science, Sheikh Hasina said, “We have to make synonyms everywhere, we have to make terminology, I don’t believe it either.”
Because in the age of science, the way science is spreading, there are different languages of different countries of the world. There is also English, French or other languages, which have been added to it. And in our Bengali language, the words of 8,000 languages have been mixed together. Therefore, instead of being very conservative in this regard, the words that are common to us, the terms in conventional science, but the science education can be easily arranged in the Bengali language.
Stressing on the importance of publishing science education in “simple Bangla” to promote science, the prime minister said it is important to see how new discoveries that take place in the age of science can be created more opportunities for the people of our country to easily use them in our language.
“It is better not to make the scientific words that are common in their terms even more incomprehensible. They will be mixed with our Bengali words with the Bengali language. The Prime Minister said that all the knowledge of science education, scientific research, research should be used for human purposes. It’s the most important.
Noting that the children of Bangladesh are very talented, the head of the government said, “I believe that our sons and daughters are very science-minded. Very talented. If they are given the opportunity to develop this talent, they can do the impossible. Emphasizing research, he said that research in every field is absolutely necessary. We are concerned about health, education, other aspects of science, even in the subject of art. But research on everything is absolutely necessary.
Emphasizing the importance of creating digital content, the Prime Minister said, “Creating Bengali content on our computers and internet or using the Bengali language. We have also trained teachers to create content. They can create their own content. “We give importance to computer education and we motivate the people of our country. That it has to be learned. We have to move forward with science. We can’t go backward. We need to learn technology. We can’t move forward without technology education.
