Stipend: Increased student enrollment time
Stipend: Increased student enrollment time. A letter has been sent to all the Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officers on Sunday from the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust informing them of the matter. The directive was published on the website of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) on Monday.
According to the directive, under the integrated stipend program implemented by the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust under the Department of Secondary and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. With special consideration, the deadline for entry of students’ information in HSP MIS software and sending it to the upazila has been extended till April 13.
In the educational institutions covered under the Integrated Scholarship Program, the time for enrollment of information of eligible students admitted in 6th class in 2022 and in 11th class in 2021-22 has been extended. Information can be entered till 12 noon on 13th April. Earlier, the time was fixed till April 10.
The instruction states that some educational institutions are not sending students to the upazila after entering the information in HSP MIS software.
The directive further states that the concerned Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officer will monitor the matter with the heads of all the educational institutions under his purview. In case of failure to complete the activities within the stipulated time, the head of the concerned educational institution and the Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officer will be responsible for any problem.
It has been said that the option of data entry will be closed automatically on 13th April at 12 midnight. The deadline for verifying the information sent to the upazila and sending it to HSP or PMEAT for final approval has been extended till April 21.
In case of forgetting the User ID / Password of the Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officer or the educational institution or for any other reason not being able to log in to HSP MIS software, return the application by email to the concerned Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officer at mis.hsp@pmeat.gov.bd Password will be provided in the email.
