No eligibility test this year

Amid uncertainty over public tests due to a surge in Covid-19 cases and deaths, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka has directed students to complete their registration for this year’s Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) exam.

The form fill-up process will stay open from June 29 to July 11, according to media reports.

The board in a notice on Friday also said no test examination would be held this year and asked the institutions concerned not to collect any fees for that purpose.

If the relevant educational institution fails to complete the students’ forms within the specified time, then the responsibility should be borne to the head of the institution
