This was confirmed at 4 pm on Wednesday by Prof. Dr. Abu Yusuf Fakir. He said the work of publishing the migration list was released.
According to the notification, “The students who have the opportunity to migrate must complete all the formalities of admission to the transferred/migrated college from the current admitted college between August 10 and August 25 by contacting the office of the principal of the admitted college.” If any of the students who have received the migration within the mentioned time fails to get admission, his or her scholarship from both colleges will be canceled. ’’
“Those who have been selected for admission from the waiting list have been requested to complete the admission process by contacting the office of the principal of the selected medical college. The terms and conditions of the admission notice published by the department will remain unchanged. The waiting list and the results of the migration will be known at www.dgme.gov.bd the website of the Department of Health Education and the website www.dghs.gov.bd of the Department of Health. Apart from this, the concerned students will be informed about this only through SMS from teletalk’s 01550155555 number. ’’

On Tuesday, Prof. Dr. AKM Ahsan Habib said the work of preparing the migration list has been completed. The list will be released anytime tomorrow.
According to reports, the list of MBBS and BDS first-year migration for the academic year 29, 2020-21 was released. However, the department of health education issued a notification suspending migration on December 1 as students complained about the published list. There are 4,350 seats in government medical colleges across the country. No students have been admitted in 45 of these seats. And 289 people have canceled admissions.
