NTRCA Gono Biggopti 2023 Published NTRCA Special (4th) Public Notice PDF Download. 70 Thousand Teachers Recruitment ৭০ হাজার শিক্ষক পদে নিয়োগের বিশেষ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করেছে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ)। The Private Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has issued a special public notice for the recruitment of 15,000 entry level teachers in various private educational institutions. Of these posts, 12,807 are from MPO and 2,356 are non-MPO posts. Online applications for these posts will start from February 8.
The public notice was issued by the NTRCA on Sunday evening.
It is learned that applications will be accepted through http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd or www.ntrca.gov.bd website. You have to fill out the form properly online and submit it. After submitting the form, the candidates will be sent an SMS on their mobile and further instructions, including depositing the money, will be notified. The application fee has been fixed at Rs 100.

Candidates can apply online from February 8. Applications will continue until February 22. You can also pay the fee through SMS till February 25. According to NTRCA, the registered candidates can apply on January 1, 2020, at the age of 35 years or so. And the age limit is relaxable according to the appellate division’s ruling for those with registration certificates before the 2018 MPO policy is issued.
It is learnt that the NTRCA had released the third public notice for the recruitment of 54,000 posts of teachers in 2021. But as no candidate applied for more than 15,000 of those posts, it remained in the loop. A special public notice has been issued for appointment to these posts.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education had allowed the NTRCA to publish the public notice.Speaking to NTRCA officials, it is learnt that the target of publishing the public notice was set this week. On Sunday, the Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education Md. NTRCA Chairman Enamul Quader Khan met Abu Bakr Chiddik. A public notice was then issued.
