The fourth round of admission in the engineering cluster is on February 16. The fourth round of the admission process will be held on February 16 in the three engineering universities of the cluster system. It has invited 4801-5100 candidates from engineering departments of ‘A’ group and urban and area planning departments, 23-26 merit lists of ethnic groups of Chittagong Hill Tracts, and other districts.

According to the notification, the students have been admitted in several stages till January 19 from the merit list published in the admission test held on November 13 for admission to the undergraduate 1st year/level-1 (Year: 2021-2022) in different departments of CHUET, KUET, and RUET.

As the seats are vacant after the last admission, these merit-ranking students have been asked to appear before the audit committee for admission on February 16. On that day, the admission process will start from 9.30 am and will continue till 1 pm. This information was given in a notification on an admission website on Tuesday (February 08).

These institutions of the engineering cluster are Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CHUET), Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), and Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). The results of the test were published on November 18. A total of 14,989 people were listed in group ‘A’ and a total of 1,656 in group ‘B’.

This time, the admission test was held against a total of 3,201 (including architecture) seats, including 901 seats in CHUET, 1065 in Kuet, and 1,235 in Ruet. The students went to any one of the universities and took the admission test. The students who have participated in the university admission test, have to go to that university and complete the admission process. However, you can join any university. Due to the corona epidemic, last year Chuet, Kuet, and Ruet took their undergraduate 1st-year admission test collectively. The admission test was held simultaneously on November 13 on the respective university campuses. A total of 22,610 candidates participated in group ‘A’ and a total of 3,037 candidates in group ‘B’.
