There is a selection process in 20 universities. It is known that this time also, the group admission test organizing committee wants to organize the admission test in the previous method. Although students are selected through selection, the number of centers may be increased this time. In this, more students will get the opportunity to participate in the admission test this time as compared to last year. In this case, four of the top and one engineering university in the country can be made admission test centers.

In 2021-22, 20 general science and technology universities in the cluster will also select students through the selection method. Only those who have passed the preliminary selection will get a chance to participate in the admission test. In this regard, Vice-Chancellor of Jessore University of Science and Technology Prof. Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain said, “We have not yet had a formal meeting on the admission test. But this time we are thinking of increasing the number of examination centers. Even if the selection is made, the maximum number of students get the opportunity to participate in the admission test.

In this regard, Professor Anwar said that last time there were some small problems in the cluster admission test. There have been informal discussions on how to resolve the issues. We’ve got a lot of plans in mind. A decision will be taken after discussing these issues in the admission test meeting.

According to the investigation, the admission test centers may be set up in the big universities outside the clustered universities. Dhaka University, Chittagong University, Jahangirnagar University, Rajshahi University, and Bangladesh Engineering University will be preferred in this regard. However, the national university and its affiliated colleges will not have examination centers.
