The education boards have notified the tentative dates for SSC exams on June 19 this year and HSC exams on August 22, the notification was issued on Tuesday (March 1). According to the meeting sources, this time it has been recommended to exclude three subjects in SSC. The topics are information and communication technology, religion, Bangladesh, and world identity. Information and communication technology will be excluded in HSC.

Earlier on Sunday (February 27), in a meeting, various board chairmen presented a set of proposals. The Inter-Education Board Chairman’s Committee proposed to exclude a few subjects in the SSC and HSC examinations. The education board has also decided not to conduct hsc test exam this year. Preparatory tests will be conducted instead. The students will have to sit for the pre-preparatory examination a month before appearing for the SSC final exam.
