MBBS first year admission test today
MBBS first-year admission test today. The admissions will be held from 10 am to 11 pm at 57 venues of 19 centers in the capital Dhaka and outside Dhaka today. This time, 1,43,915 people have applied for the admission test against 4,350 seats in medical. More than 33 students will contest against each seat.
The mbbs first-year admission test for 2021-22 in government-private medical colleges of the country will be held on Friday. The MCQ exam of 100 marks will be held from 10 am to 11 pm simultaneously across the country including the capital Dhaka. Director (Medical Education) of the Department of Health Education Prof. Dr. AKM Ahsan Habib said the MBBS admission test will be held in accordance with hygiene. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Physical distance will be maintained. He requested the candidates to appear at the center on time.
Hand watches, pocket watches, calculators, mobile phones, and any kind of electronic items are not allowed to enter the examination hall. All the people engaged in the examination, including the super, teachers, will not be able to use mobile phones. He also said that the results of the test will be published in a quick time as usual.
According to health department sources, the number of seats in 37 government-run medical colleges in the country is 4,350. Out of the total seats, 4,230 seats have been allotted in the general quota, 87 in the freedom fighters’ quota (2 percent), nine in the tribal quota, three in the non-tribal quota, and eight for the tribal students of other districts.
