High school-college classes will continue in Ramadan

High school-college classes will continue in Ramadan. Classes will also be held in secondary schools and higher secondary colleges like primary schools during the upcoming month of Ramadan. The instructions are being sent to the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, education ministry officials said. But they did not comment on when they were being instructed to run classes. This information was given by the Ministry of Education officials on Sunday.

On Sunday afternoon, Professor Belal Hossain, director of the secondary branch of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, said the ministry will give instructions on whether classes will be conducted during Ramadan or not. However, we have not yet received any order in this regard.

Secondary schools were to be closed from April 3 to May 8 on the occasion of The Holy Month of Ramadan. Earlier last week, classes were ordered to run in all primary schools till Ramadan 20 to make up for the corona damage.

When asked about this, Dr. Syed Imamul Hossain, additional secretary of the government secondary branch, said that orders are being issued with instructions to take classes in schools and colleges during Ramadan. The order is soon being sent to the directorate of secondary and higher education. The department will issue instructions in this regard.
