A notification signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education said that the respective authorities of the universities have been requested to take necessary steps in this regard as per the decision of the Academic Council and the Syndicate.
Meanwhile, several universities have already decided on class examinations and administrative activities during Ramadan. Body classes will continue till April 21 at Rajshahi University (RU). However, the office activities will continue till April 28. Professor Pradeep Kumar Pandey, the administrator of the university’s public relations department, confirmed the information.
It further said that due to Corona, the teaching activities of the students were affected due to the closure of classes for a long time. In this context, the educational institutions were requested to continue teaching in the classroom till April 26. With the amendment of the said order, the teaching activities in the classrooms of the educational institutions were rescheduled till April 20 instead of April 28. Note that the educational institutions will be closed on Friday and Saturday.
