Chittagong University ‘A’ unit admission test result published. Professor Touhid Hossain said that it is taking some time to publish the results as the number of admission seekers in the ‘A’ unit is relatively high compared to other unions. We have given importance to accuracy rather than publishing results quickly. The results have been prepared long ago, now the re-check work is almost over. The results have already been sent to the ICT cell of the university.

 

Chittagong University (CU) admission test results from 2021-22 have been published for the first year of the ‘A’ unit under the Faculty of Science. Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Chief Coordinator of the Admission Test Committee of ‘A Unit’ of the University Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman on Saturday (August 20th). Touhid Hossain confirmed the information.

The admission test results of the ‘A’ unit under the Faculty of Science of Chittagong University for the academic year 2021-22 will be published on Saturday afternoon. Dean of the Faculty of Biology and chief coordinator of the admission test committee of the ‘A’ unit, Prof. Dr. Md. Touhid Hossain confirmed the information.

 

Professor Dr. Mohammad Khairul Islam, director of the ICT cell of the university, said, “We have received the results. The results may be published for two hours. Hopefully, we will be able to publish the full results by the afternoon.

Meanwhile, a day after the ‘A’ unit, the ‘C’ unit of the Faculty of Business published the results the next day. Admission seekers who took part in the ‘A’ unit examination have reacted widely to the matter. The admission test for the ‘A’ unit was held on Friday. Then the results of the ‘C’ unit were published this afternoon.

 

Although the full result of the ‘A’ unit was delayed, the admission committee published the partial result on Friday. According to the partial results published, there are a little more than 13,000 students in the unit. The pass rate is 40 percent. The committee also claimed that the overall results were satisfactory.

 

Earlier on Tuesday morning and afternoon, the ‘A’ unit examination was held in two shifts at 17 centers of the university and Hathazari College center. In the ‘A’ unit, 54 thousand 106 students have applied against 1,212 seats. Of them, 17,650 took part in the morning shift and 15,499 took part in the afternoon shift. The attendance rate was 61 percent.
