High School Lottery Result 2024 GSA Result In the academic year 2024, the results prepared through the admission lottery from 1st grade to 9th grade in government and private secondary schools have been published. Education Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud formally inaugurated the lottery at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital at 11:30 am on Tuesday. Dipu Moni.
According to a notification, the online admission application process in 658 government and 3188 private secondary schools under the Department of Secondary and Higher Education for the academic year 2024 is going on from October 24 to November 18.
In the process, a total of 10,60,009 vacant seats were demanded for admission from 1st to 9th grade in 3,846 schools across the country. A total of 8,73,79 applications were accepted against the vacant seats. The digital lottery system is adopted in the class-based distribution program for admission from deep applications.
It is to be noted that the admission policy is followed by the government rules in the selection process in the lottery. According to the policy, all quotas including general, catchment, freedom fighter, pet quota, disabled, government primary school, and disabled quota have been considered according to the rules. The selection process has been completed subject to the presence of vacant seats and in the order of class, shift, and preference of the candidate in their respective fields.
In the digital online lottery program, students are automatically selected through software. Under the direct supervision of the Department of Secondary Higher Education and Bangladesh Computer Council, 100 percent accuracy and transparency have been ensured in the selection process of the students through the digital online lottery process.
Education Minister Dr. Abul Kalam Azad was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, Secretary of the Ministry of Education Solaiman Khan, Director General of The Department of Secondary and Higher Education Professor Nehal Ahmed, Managing Director of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited AKM Habibur Rahman and other senior officials were present as special guests.
