Procedure to follow in student selection:
No admission test will be held in the selection of students. The student will be selected only on the basis of ssc or equivalent examination results. In the case of students who have passed SSC, the merit order should be determined on the basis of the GPA obtained with a maximum of 68 grade points on all the subjects obtained gpa 5.00 (the grade point in each subject of 14 subjects should be 14 times 5=70. But due to the omission of 2 points in the fourth subject, the maximum point is mentioned 68). In the case of students who passed SSC in 2016, the merit order should be determined on the basis of gpa obtained with a maximum of 53 grade points on all subjects obtained by gpa (grade points in each subject of 11 subjects should be 5 as 1195-55). the merit order will have to be determined on the basis of the GPA obtained on all the subjects who got GPA-5 with a maximum of 48-grade points. (The grade point in each subject of 10 subjects is supposed to be 1085-50.) But due to the omission of 2 points in the fourth subject, the maximum point is mentioned 48). In this case, 68 points and 53 points will be equated with 48 points. The merit order will be determined at par with the points of the General Education Board, the SSC point of the Open University, the points of the Madrasah Education Board, the points of the Technical Education Board and the points of the “O” level.
Institute of Marine Technology. At present, there are 360 students in two four-year diploma courses. Apart from this, the IMT also arranges the training of the administrative officers at various times.
