Non-government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has started recruiting new teachers in MPO-affiliated schools, colleges, madrasas and technical education institutions. Initiatives have been taken to publish the fifth recruitment recommendation notice for the appointment of teachers in vacant posts of private educational institutions (school, college, madrasa and technical). Before the publication of the fifth recruitment recommendation notice, according to the prevailing rules of NTRCA, the information-demand (e-requisition) of the vacant posts of teachers of all private institutions will be collected online. Every educational institution must carry out e-registration (online registration) activities as a prerequisite for providing online demand (e-requisition).

Organizations that have already completed e-registration must update the e-registration profile. If an institution does not perform e-registration on the online platform at the scheduled time or does not update the profile, it will not be possible to demand the vacant post of teacher appointed online (e-requisition). In the case of educational institutions which have already been e-registered, the profile of the institution has to be updated by clicking on the edit option of the e-registration form using the user ID and password. Even if all the information of an organization is unchanged, the organization will have to login and click on the ‘Submit’ button. Otherwise, the e-registration will not be new or updated.

For this, e-registration for new organizations from January 29 to February 12 and updating the information of previously e-registered organizations are requested. District Education Officers and Upazila Secondary Education Officers will also have to update their own profiles. To login to the e-registration platform, their user ID and password will be sent through SMS from Teletalk. To complete the information by logging in to the e-registration platform, follow the instructions given in the service box called ‘e-registration’ on the NTRCA website (www.ntrca.gov.bd).

Once the e-registration process is over, the vacancy information collection or e-requisition process will begin. After the completion of this process, a public notice will be issued after verifying the vacancy information with the help of the departments. However, the officials are not commenting clearly on when the fifth public notification of this appointment will be issued. They hope that the public notice may be issued before the middle of the year or June. But before that, e-registration, vacancy information collection and verification activities have to be completed successfully.
