অনলাইন শিক্ষক বদলির লিঙ্কঃ http://myschool.eis.dpe.gov.bd ব্যবহার করে আবেদন করা যাবে। আপনার https://login.ipemis.dpe.gov.bd ওয়েবসাইটের ইউজার আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করেই লগিন করতে পারবেন। প্রধান শিক্ষক বা কোন সহকারী শিক্ষক প্রধান শিক্ষক পদে পদোন্নতিপ্রাপ্ত হলে, উক্ত পদে তার চাকরির মেয়াদ ২ (দুই) বছর পূর্ণ হলে, পদ শূন্য থাকা সাপেক্ষে আন্তঃউপজেলা/থানা, আন্তঃজেলা এবং আন্তঃবিভাগীয় ভাবে বদলি  করা যাবে।

অনলাইনে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক বদলির আবেদন 

শিক্ষকরা বদলির আবেদন (http://myschool.eis.dpe.gov.bd) করতে পারবেন। এর এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ফলাফল প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে। প্রথম পেইজে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিয়ে লগ ইন করতে হবে। অনলাইন আবেদন ফরম পূরণের ধাপ- ব্যবহারকারীর ধরন- এখনে আপনাকে পদবী যেমন : সহকারী শিক্ষক/প্রধান শিক্ষক/সহকারী উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসার/উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসার/জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অফিসার/বিভাগীয় উপপরিচালক/মহাপরিচালক করেতে হবে। শিক্ষক পিন নম্বর (ই-প্রাইমারি থেকে প্রাপ্ত অথবা মোবাইল নম্বর (ই-প্রাইমারি স্কুল সিস্টেমে ব্যবহৃত) তথ্যগুলো সঠিকভাবে দিয়ে “লগইন করুন” বাটনে ক্লিক করে পরবর্তী ধাপে প্রবেশ করতে হবে।

৩০ মার্চ থেকে ১ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত শিক্ষকরা অনলাইনে আবেদন করবেন। ২ এপ্রিল প্রধান শিক্ষক কর্তৃক যাচাই সম্পন্নকরণ এবং ৩ ও ৪ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত সহকারী উপজেলা/থানা শিক্ষা অফিসার কর্তৃক যাচাই সম্পন্নকরণ হবে।

৫-৭ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত উপজেলা/থানা শিক্ষা অফিসার কর্তৃক যাচাই ও অগ্রায়ন সম্পন্নকরণ, ৮-১৪ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অফিসার কর্তৃক সহকারী শিক্ষকের যাচাই ও অনুমোদন এবং প্রধান শিক্ষকের। যাচাই ও অগ্রায়ন সম্পন্নকরণ; ১৫-১৭ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত বিভাগীয় উপপরিচালক কর্তৃক যাচাই ও অনুমোদন সম্পন্ন করবেন।

Primary School Teacher Transfer Application Online Form 2024

The transfer application process will start from September 15, 2022, to September 30, 2022, and teachers will be able to apply for transfer (http://myschool.eis.dpe.gov.bd). Within a week, the results will be published on the website of the Directorate of Primary Education. You have to log in with the necessary information on the first page. Step to fill the online application form – Type of user – Now you have to make designations such as Assistant Teacher / Head Teacher / Assistant Upazila Education Officer / Upazila Education Officer / District Primary Education Officer / Divisional Deputy Director / Director General. The teacher pin number (derived from the e-primary or mobile number (used in the e-primary school system) information should be entered in the next step by clicking on the “Login” button properly.

Clicking on the Login button will show the information of the registered teacher in the ‘e-Primary School System’ (name of the teacher, permanent address, designation, date of joining, date of arrival in transfer to the currently working educational institution, number of approved posts in the working institution, number of students). If the information is correct, then click on the button to go to the next step (if the information is wrong, it will have to be updated from the e-primary system). The next step/page will have to determine the type of transfer. Type of Transfer: Application for transfer to the same Upazila / thana or inter-Upazila / thana or inter-district transfer application or inter-division transfer application or city corporation transfer application. The type of transfer is basically meant to be where you want to go for a transfer. In this case, a person can apply for transfer from one school to another school in the same thana / Upazila, inter-thana / Upazila, inter-district, inter-divisional and city corporation. Finally, the type of transfer was selected: If you submit the application, the transfer application will be seen on your profile.
