Public notification has been issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education. It has been said that the online application will be accepted from October 10 to October 31 for the purpose of enrolling MPOs in private schools and colleges.

The application for MPO registration of private educational institutions will not be accepted directly, by e-mail or letter to the Department of Secondary and Higher Education or any of its subordinate departments.
The ministry further said that all the activities of MPO registration of new educational institutions will be completed digitally. In this method, a list of eligible educational institutions will be prepared on the basis of specific criteria as per the policy.
At the end of last March, the Ministry of Education released the new MPO policy and manpower structure. Education Minister said before the release of the policy. Dipu Moni said the MPO application will be taken after the new policy is issued. The MPO registration software has been upgraded since the policy was issued. The software has been upgraded under the new policy, education ministry officials said.
