Alibaba said its own chatGPT will be called “Tongyi Qianwen” and will be integrated into all of its businesses “in the near future” – though it did not specify a specific time. The word ‘Tonggi Qianwen’ means ‘asking a thousand questions and finding an answer’. It is not given an English name, but it can work in both English and Chinese. Generally speaking, a chatbot is a type of computer program that can talk to another person just like one person on the Internet. It is a type of technology that harnesses artificial intelligence and language comprehension (NLP).
It can talk to an Internet-based service or app user, answer questions, or exchange text messages and graphics. It’s called the “AI model of language processing.” They are able to ‘learn’ from past data and thereby create content that makes no difference to human actions. The chatbot created by Microsoft – called ChatGPT – is now out of GPT-4, i.e. the fourth version.
It is called generative because it is a program that can understand people’s language only by saying or writing, understanding the information contained in words and also finding out what to say in response to it. This is called ‘machine learning’, that is, the computer will have such an ‘experience’ that it can answer your question on its own, no instruction will be needed. It has the ability to write human-like prose on a specific topic, translate, send emails, create text or messages for chatbots – this GPT can do many such things.ChatGPT can answer your questions using perfectly normal ‘human-like’ language, mimic the writing style of others, write an entire essay, use the internet. It has even been written that it can even take and pass the test of law. Because of ChatGPT, people are now starting to talk about how massive the power of artificial intelligence can be. Microsoft has spent billions of dollars on this technology and added it to its search engine Bing in February. They also say they will add a version of ChatGP to Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Now anyone can open an account and use it by going to chatGPT’s website.
