Admissions to 11th start on February 19
The admission of selected students in Class XI will begin on February 19. The results of the third and final phase of admission to the 11th were released on Tuesday. The selected students will have to confirm the result between 8 pm on February 16 and 17 by submitting the registration fee of Rs 228 excluding mobile banking charges through the operator mentioned on the website. However, the migrated student will not have to confirm the admission afresh, i.e. do not have to pay the registration fee. The admission of students will continue till February 24. Classes will begin on March 2.
Admission of students selected in Class XI will begin on February 19 (Saturday). Earlier on Friday, the list of selected students will be published on the admission website. Colleges can admit students online till February 24. The Dhaka Board has asked the colleges to admit the students by submitting an online copy of the academic transcript instead of submitting the original academic transcript of the student. At the same time, colleges have been directed to accept the monthly salary of the newly admitted students from March.
In a notification issued on Tuesday, the Dhaka Board said admission of new students will continue from February 19 to February 24. Earlier, on February 18 afternoon, the colleges will have to download the list of selected students by logging in with the EIN and password of the college on the panel of the central website (http://www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd) for admission to class XI. According to the online list, colleges will have to admit students. No students outside the list can be admitted.
The Dhaka Board has asked to complete the admission process by submitting the online copy of the academic transcript instead of submitting the original academic transcript of the student’s SSC pass at the time of college admission. In the notification, the board also said that if necessary, the student’s SSC original admit card and registration card can be submitted. However, if the student submits the original academic transcript later, the original admit card and registration card will be returned. Colleges have also been warned that the board will not be responsible for registration or any other complications.
