The education boards have announced a possible date for the start of filling the forms of hsc candidates this year. The filling up of SSC forms will start from April 13. The tentative date for the start of the SSC preparatory examination has been announced from June 8. The SSC final exam is likely to start on June 19. On Tuesday, the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board issued a notification giving details of SSC and hsc examinations.

The subjects that will be examined in SSC are Bengali, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Higher Mathematics, Biology, Accountancy, Business Enterprises, Finance and Banking, History and World Civilization of Bangladesh, Geography and Environment, Municipal Policy and Citizenship, Economics, Domestic Science and Agricultural Education. These issues are divided into the departments of science, humanities, and business education. The SSC exam will be for 2 hours. Only English first and English second paper exams will be held at 50 marks. In the remaining practical subjects, the exam will be 45 marks and in non-practical subjects, 55 marks will be tested.

In 2022 HSC, there will be three exams in Bangla, English, group-wise three subjects, and optional subjects. And the subject mapping on ICT will be evaluated. The HSC exam will be held according to the already restructured curriculum for the 2022 candidates. It is known that the time of the HSC exam has been fixed at 2 hours. There will be an examination of 45 marks in those subjects which have practical education in HSC and 55 marks in those subjects which do not have practical education. However, the exam will be held in Bengali 2nd paper 50, English 1st paper 50, and 50th in the second paper.
